These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FlybyOps platform, website, software applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by FlybyOps (“FlybyOps”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
FlybyOps provides a cloud based software platform designed to support enterprise and commercial drone operations, including but not limited to:
FlybyOps is provided as software only and does not provide drone operation services, piloting services, aviation authority approvals, or regulatory certification.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and aviation authority requirements in your jurisdiction.

Certain Services require payment of subscription fees.
FlybyOps may offer different subscription plans, including self service and enterprise plans. Pricing and included features are described on our website or in an applicable order form.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You authorize FlybyOps and its payment processors to charge your payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, and renewals.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for overdue accounts.
Fees do not include applicable taxes, duties, levies, or governmental assessments.

You retain ownership of all data, files, flight records, telemetry, images, documents, and operational information uploaded to the Services (“Customer Data”).
You grant FlybyOps a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
FlybyOps implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Customer Data.
However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security.
The Services may integrate with third party services, hardware, APIs, aviation systems, mapping providers, or cloud infrastructure providers.
FlybyOps is not responsible for third party products or services and does not guarantee their availability or accuracy.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Services at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation.
FlybyOps and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, software, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
If you provide suggestions or feedback regarding the Services, FlybyOps may use such feedback without restriction or compensation.
Each party agrees to protect confidential information disclosed by the other party using reasonable care and not disclose it to third parties except as required by law.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLYBYOPS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
